PRE-ORDERS

At certain times of the year you will be able to pre-order your favorite orchids.

How to place a pre-order

  1. Fill in the “Customer details” fields with the details of the person placing the order. This data will be used for invoicing the order.
  2. If the plants must be shipped to a different address from the billing address, flag “Ship to a different address” and fill in the fields with the relevant shipping data.
  3. Enter the product data in the corresponding fields. Write the product code the same as the one you find in the product list. Enter the quantity and unit price of the product. The system will calculate the total automatically.
  4. Add additional products by flagging the “Add product” box.
  5. Select the shipping type.
  6. In the summary you will be able to view the summary of your pre-order and the amount to be paid as a deposit which is always 50% of the total order (including shipping).
  7. Proceed to pay for the form by filling in your credit, debit and prepaid card details.
  8. Once you have filled in all the fields, click on the pre-order button. Wait for the payment to be processed and if the transaction is successful you will receive a confirmation email with a summary of your order. If you can’t find the email in your received mail, take a look in your spam folder. If you can’t find the email contact us.

Warnings

  • The plants priced at 9.00 Euros are recently deflaskated plants. For the remaining plants the customer must refer to the size of the pot.
  • During the days in which we are busy searching for plants for pre-orders we will not be able to be available either by telephone or via Whatsapp.
  • The images used in the catalog are for illustrative purposes only to help the customer choose the product and do not identify the measurements of the plants.

Shipping rates

NOTICE

Any complaint regarding the plants received must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the product, accompanied by accurate photographic documentation. Otherwise it will not be possible to take the request into consideration.

Sending additional photos

Each advert on the site is accompanied by one or more photos of the product. For organizational reasons, sending additional personalized photos is only possible for orders over 100.00 euros.
